If intimate imagery of you — a photo or video, real or AI-generated — was published on ChiefOzzy.com without your consent, you have the right to ask us to remove it. Under the federal Take It Down Act, we must remove reported non-consensual intimate imagery as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receiving a valid report.

You do not need a Chief Ozzy account to file a report. Anyone depicted in the imagery — or a parent, guardian, lawyer, or other authorized representative — may file using the form below.

1. Your name and contact information (email, and phone if you want us to reach you another way).
2. Whether you are the person depicted or an authorized representative — and if a representative, the name of the person you represent.
3. Information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the imagery on ChiefOzzy.com (page URLs and where on the page it appears).
4. A statement, made in good faith, that the imagery was published without the depicted person's consent.

3. What happens after you file

1. A person reviews every report — nothing is actioned automatically.
2. Valid reports lead to removal as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after we receive them. We also take reasonable steps to remove identical copies elsewhere on the site.
3. You will receive a confirmation email with a reference number for your report.

4. If a minor may be involved

If you believe the imagery depicts someone under 18, please also report it directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org. We treat suspected child sexual exploitation as a law-enforcement matter, not a routine takedown.

Knowingly filing a false report can carry legal consequences. File only reports you believe in good faith to be accurate. If you are in crisis, you can call or text 988 (US Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) any time.
